Ahmad Bizzari
An accomplished business executive with a distinguished track record in strategic leadership, business transformation and technology-driven growth. Holding a Bachelor of IT in Enterprise Resource Planning with a minor in Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University, he combines technical expertise with commercial acumen. Based in the UAE since 2013, Ahmad holds an in-depth understanding of the regional landscape and a strong public- and private-sector network, and leads enterprises through digital transformation, corporate governance and sustainable value creation.
Ross McGregor
Leading the engineering with 30+ years of experience, Ross created the Vizion-AI sovereign enterprise AI platform, designed to run entirely on private, customer-owned hardware with zero third-party cloud dependencies. He architected the platform's seven live working modules spanning Finance, HR, Sales, IT, Projects, Legal and Audit, integrating live data endpoints, agentic workflows and deterministic guardrails that eliminate hallucinations and support strict compliance with UAE data-protection regulations.
Michelle Riley
A PRINCE2 Practitioner with 17 years leading cybersecurity, fintech and blockchain projects across the UAE. As co-founder, Michelle drives marketing, customer training and project delivery for our sovereign AI ecosystems, overseeing every stage from initial kick-off through rigorous UAT/SIT to live implementation, protecting clients' most sensitive assets with sovereign, world-class technology.
Khaled Alkalha
Bringing more than 25 years of commercial leadership across digital infrastructure, AI-powered platforms and mission-critical technology programmes in the Middle East. Based in Abu Dhabi for over two decades, Khaled has led regional P&L operations, scaled high-performing teams and delivered large-scale transformation for government, oil & gas and enterprise sectors. His vision for Vizion-AI is rooted in responsibility, sovereignty and measurable impact.
